As part of your enrolment process, please work through each step in the guide below to set up your student account password and multi-factor authentication.

Getting started as a new member of staff

Mandatory training ensures that the University is compliant with current regulations and legislation and that colleagues are in the best position to support students, fellow colleagues and customers

The training outlined below are specific to the successful use of digital, at the university.

Data Protection Online module – annually
Information Security Online module – annually
Digital Accessibility Online module

Mandatory training specific to digital technologies, as well as other areas, can be accessed here

As a members of staff that uses a university laptop, you will be required to collect your laptop from the Digital Services Support Hub, located on in the Minerva Building on the first floor (above the Jackson Lecture Theatre).

Our Support Hub staff will be able to assist you between 09:00 – 16:00 every weekday.

We have implemented tools and online systems to allow students and staff to access their software and files from anywhere in the world.
