The resolution aims to rectify complications arising from prior deliveries and the college structure changes.
  • 30/04/2025 – The Student Visa Team is reviewing the process for students with temporary suspensions to ensure correct access levels with minimal staff intervention. This improvement aims to streamline the handling of students whose visas have expired during resit periods, particularly around January and June, reducing the need for labour-intensive processes like withdrawing and reinstating students.
  • 30/04/2025 – An update has been made to the Withdrawal, Interruptions, and Transfers (WD/TR/INT) configuration to make this data visible in the Students Forms Summary area. This enhancement, requested by college teams and Student Registry Services, will improve visibility and efficiency in managing student records.
