To support Training & Development, we offer a combination online and in-person workshops across a broad range of topics. Whether you’re looking for support in teaching and learning or wanting to develop your professional skills, we have courses to suit all needs or. Through a combination of discovery methods and feedback, we continually update our offering to mee tthe needs of staff across the university.

With stand-alone CPD sessions, you can select the sessions that will benefit you most when you only have limited time for training.

Digital Tools
Our Resources Hub provides a range of technical support for the implementation and embedding of our centrally-supported digital tools. This technical guidance provides how-to information for a range of activities, whether you’re embedding a new tool in your teaching or wanting to use tools to save you time and increase your productivity.
Get technical support with your VLE sites – Blackboard, Canva or Moodle.
Add interactivity into your sessions using MS 365, Padlet, Panopto and other tools.
Learn how to use MS 365 tools, including Copilot, to support your productivity and efficiency.
Sharing of Practice
There is wealth of innovative and excellent practice across the University. We aim to showcase as many examples as possible, so we can recognise the work being done and help to inspire others.
Get inspired by the practice of others, using the network created to support the implementation within your own practice.

Our fortnightly Lunch & Learn Series provides 30-minute sessions where staff will give a short demo of their practice, followed by the opportunity for Q&A and discussion.
