New
- 21/02/2025 – PEMS V2 went live on 17th Feb. The tool has moved to the cloud and offers a unified and efficient placement management system that enhances data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- 21/02/2025 – Digital Training Week demonstrated measurable impact by increasing confidence, workflow efficiency, and digital skills. Participants felt the workshops aligned with organisational goals, supporting digital transformation, AI integration, and pedagogical innovation.
- 21/02/2025 – Digital Literacy – CPD – Over 300 responses so far, departments feel least confident using AI tools, creating accessible documents, organising tasks, sharing notes including audio and images, analysing data and using data visualisation tools.
- 21/02/2025 – Digital Literacy – Bootcamps – Sustainability Bootcamps have successfully started to be delivered to Grade 6 and 7s and Programme Leaders.

- 21/02/2025 – AI for Teaching and Assessment – The AI Working Group have developed policies on Research and Teaching and Learning which are being shared with stakeholder groups for feedback.
Enhancement
- 21/02/2025 – Optimising Learning Spaces – Estate changes to MB1010 and MB1020 this summer prompt redesigns for active learning. Feedback highlights the need for group work and problem-solving areas. Learning Spaces WG are exploring options.
