  1. View and upvote existing ideas: Users can browse through a list of ideas submitted by others. If they find an idea they support, they can upvote it to show their agreement or interest. This helps prioritize the most popular suggestions.
  2. Follow an idea: Users can follow specific ideas to receive notifications about any updates or changes. This ensures they stay informed about the progress or any discussions related to the ideas they care about.
  3. Suggest a new idea: Users can submit their own ideas for improvements to the university’s digital infrastructure. This feature allows them to provide detailed descriptions and any relevant information to help others understand and support their suggestions.
