Changes to Service Desk Phone Support Hours

The DS Service Desk is implementing temporary changes to its phone support hours over the summer.

What is changing?

From Wednesday, 11 June, we will be reducing our Service Desk phone support availability to between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

During these hours, our dedicated team will be ready to assist you with any technical issues or questions you may have.

How else can I contact Digital Services?

You can still reach us via email dt@lincoln.ac.uk between the hours of 08:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, you can use our Walk-in service at the following location:

  • Minerva Building 1st Floor (MB1300): Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Please note the out-of-hours phone support (Monday to Friday 5:00 pm – 8:00 am & on weekends and bank holidays) remains unchanged.

Our intention is to return to normal service hours as we come out of the summer break.
