A two-way conversation
The heart of our Digital Mindset initiative is a conversation.
We want to:
- Hear from colleagues and find out what they need in in terms of digital applications and services,
- Share some of the new opportunities that may be at our fingertips to make our lives easier via better adoption of the Office 365 suite.
- Understand what staff and students need from Digital Services. That is why many of our key performance indicators include user feedback from students and staff so we can gather feedback on a regular basis to make sure we are delivering services that fix the right problems.
